I love love love love love my wedding gown so much!!! Had my final fitting today at Silhouette, in preparation for the photoshoot on Monday...and it's PERFECT!!!! I absolutely love it....

Darling and me had tonnes of fun today.... whilst I was trying on my gowns, darling was happily snapping away....and we were just enjoying ourselves whilst he was taking pictures....too bad I can't upload them...coz I still want it to be a mystery!! hehe...

dropped off the gowns and all our props for the phototaking at Moomedia after...and Darling and me are just SO excited about the upcoming photoshoot!! We really can't wait....I think we'll be having so much fun...

Have to do lots of shopping over the weekend to ensure that we get all the things we need for the shoot......darling's shirt and tie, our sunglasses..... so many things!! hehe.....I just can't wait....

just hope the two pimples on my face clear up during the weekend....so that I'll look my best... =D Lindy classes are getting better and better...and we'll soon be able to come up with a dance for the wedding.....

so yup....need to go get some studying done, then to rest as early as possible...beauty sleep is gonna be very important this weekend!!!! =D

First day of my mid-term break....sighz, and it's darling's first day back to work after a 2 week MC!

taking the time to relax for a little bit, and then to do my work later...there's so much to do, I don't even know why they call it a break.....i've like 2 projects to complete, 1 assignment to do, 2 tests to study for, a reflection to complete..... *rolls eyes*....this of course does not include my wedding preparations!!

Photoshoot is officially in a week...i still haven't got any ideas of the location....

Have to script out our wedding dance in my head..... to confirm my honeymoon stuff..... wedding favours to purchase.... invitations to print.... flowers to buy!!

Why is a wedding full of so much stuff?? there's so many times darling and me feel like just eloping and having a really simple wedding....... =D but this does not mean i'm not looking forward to it at all....i really can't wait.... in true fact, i think i'm looking forward more to the honeymoon, when, hopefully all our troubles can be thrown away for a while!!

i'm falling in love with swing music...it's so catch, and so relaxing.... =) I think we may end up using this song for our wedding dance..... *shrugs*

3 more months to the wedding!!!!!!

the stress is really building up man...every single day, my dreams would somehow be filled with images of the wedding going absolutely wrong!!! i think this is what they mean when they say i would most definitely slim down involuntarily before the wedding!! haha...

anywayz, had a rather simple birthday celebration with darling.....think it's quite sad...coz the only other person who gave him a real present was Angela...... think he felt quite sad abt it...but he didn't really mention it......of course, parents from both sides gave him angpows...but i guess it just ain't the same.....i succeeded in making him my gift anyway...and he loved it....hehe...i think it's quite cute myself...haha..

so... went for the church's mid-autumn festival yesterday.... saw Asher and Ethan....Asher's so cute...so super adorable......his speech and all is so clear...hehe....both he and Ethan look so similar...i don't know if it's a family thing...but they're both quite different....Ethan's more timid, but Asher's much more extroverted.......

Just filed our notice of marriage...quite cool.. =) ...first time i'm doing something like that..... then yup...got my shoes for the evening gown, as well as darling's shoes......still looking for his shirt and cufflinks.....so many many things to do!!!

sighz...the photoshoot is in one week, and my face seems to be breaking out in pimples!! they'd better heal by then!!!!!

tomorrow's our 57th monthsary....can't wait to celebrate it with darling..... =) it only reminds me of how close we are to our wedding!!!!!!

so many things to update since i last blogged.....i guess this will be a rather random post??

anyway, first things first.....darling's injury is certified to be a ligament thingy...apparently he injured 2 ligaments, when we usually injure one.....so anyway, they made a splint for him to wear for the next one month...so he's pretty much quite handicapped... =) got 16 days MC, so he's been spending much of his time at home relaxing and resting..which leaves us more time to spend together and to settle more wedding stuff.....

so.....last week, on Sunday, we caught Hairspray....I absolutely LOVE the movie....it's so fun, and so funny... love the songs in there too..... using the song for the JXY dance that i'm choreographing...haha.....great timing.... then on wednesday, darling and me caught Ratatouille....another cute movie...love it coz of the cooking and all, just brought back memories... those were the days when I was slogging it out in the kitchen man.... haha...

Had my classroom management presentation on wednesday, and luckily, it went quite well... the way we had prepared...save for some technical glitches!! haha... at least one project is down....but still have got all the other assignments, projects and tests, and i'm absolutely drowning in them!

Met up with our photographer, Andrew on Thursday, coz we needed to settle our photoshoot stuff.....and yup..the photoshoot is scheduled for 1st Oct, and the MTV of our story together is gonna be filmed on 29 Oct..... Andrew was very amazed by our story, but i'm really psyched to see what he's gonna conjure up to make the story special and all..hehe....turns out he kinda knows Luke....which makes it such a small world and all! =D

So yup, we also went for our first Lindy 2 class......we're learning the Charleston now...and I love it.,......probably coz I did it before in TKGS....so, I have a better knowledge of it.... =) can't wait for the rest of the lessons!! hehe.....

Friday darling did his first fitting for his suit, and he looked really good! But we have to get lots of stuff for him...so... it's more money to spend for the wedding!! ARGH!!! =D

Celebrated Daddy's and Darling's birthday yesterday at this Peranakan eatery opposite Katong Mall......the food was above average, and relatively not bad.....this eatery even has some sort of a museum, and a shop selling all the sarong kebayas.....as well as a shop selling all the kuehs and stuff....so....it's quite not bad..thinking of bringing my mum there to eat... =)

So anyway, darling's birthday is like in 3 days......sighz...i haven't had time to do anything coz he's always at home!! sheesh....can't even go out to buy my supplies.....sucks big time....oh well........i'll just have to figure my way out....

had a really bad bout of constipation and diarrhoea this morning.....it was super bad.....it somehow felt like contractions...i dunnoe why...not that i would know how contractions feel!! but ya....i almost died going through it this morning!

Gonna be visiting OEPS on 25th Sept to see my kids..... in a way i'm kinda excited, coz i haven't seen them in about 2 months? so.... i hope i'll have some time to catch up with them and all... =)

really random ending to this post.....but i just realised that my wedding date would be our 60th monthsary together!! =D

feeling a little blue right now.

Darling's in hospital again.

2 weeks ago, He injured his thumb coz he was playing with his friend....overextended it...... x-rayed and stuff, doc said no fracture.....went to chinese sinseh twice, but still no improvement, niether did it worsen.....but then yesterday it swelled really badly......u know how a pig's trotter looks like?? yup...that's how his thumb looked like...doesn't help that it's his right thumb...

went to CGH today...even though we've sworn never to go there, but i guess we didn't have much of a choice....thank god there wasn't much ppl...docs are worried that there may be infection in his joints, so they warded him for observation......but it could also be a ligament thingy...so we don't really know.. am hoping it's the latter....coz if it's the former, darling could need to go for an operation......sighz....kinda worried.......

it's been kind of a bad year for him..what with his chest pains, and now this.......it really worries me........=(

anyway, on a lighter note, went for my second fitting on monday...i really love how the gowns are turning out.....falling deeply in love with them...=) i still need to lose weight though..haha.....but... i love what minda has done with them.......

am getting very stressed out.....there's really quite a fair bit of work to do in school, and the wedding prep is getting to me.......i take quite some time to fall asleep these days..... coz I'm thinking of so much stuff...the cost of the wedding is also getting to darling and me.... we're really worried we won't have enough money........sighz.......and coz of all the stress, our emotions are on a tighter rein....and as a result, we end up getting on each other's nerves more easily these days....but we still manage to work things out at the end of each day.....and we know why we react in this manner...so i guess it's really no hard feelings.........

Finally finished Lindy 1........will be starting Lindy 2 from next week....we're enjoying classes, and we're hoping that these classes will prevent the need for us to have private lessons....coz it'll cost even more......

ARGH...money....i really hate it.......causes so much problems in this world......and we can never ever live happily coz there's always the pressures of money........

i miss my darling.....i really hope he's sleeping well right now........i hope his hand isn't causing him to have a sleepless night.........
